Account Management

Multiple Account Policy
Each user is permitted one primary account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent course restrictions, abuse promotional offers, or engage in fraudulent activity is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Service Availability and Modifications
Service Uptime and Maintenance
We strive to maintain consistent service availability, however:
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service access
- Unplanned technical issues may occasionally occur
- We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible
- Service interruptions will be resolved as quickly as possible
Course Availability
Course offerings, schedules, and availability are subject to change based on enrollment levels, instructor availability, and other operational factors. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify course offerings with reasonable notice to enrolled students. In the event of course cancellation, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
Service Modifications and Updates
We continuously work to improve our services and may introduce new features, modify existing features, or discontinue certain features at our discretion. Material changes that significantly impact your use of our services will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Geographic Restrictions
While our online courses are accessible from many locations, certain services may be restricted based on geographic location due to legal or operational requirements. We do not guarantee service availability in all jurisdictions.

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DesignLab or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.
User-Generated Content
When you submit project work, forum posts, or other content through our services:
- You retain ownership of your original work
- You grant us a license to display and use your work for educational purposes within our platform
- You represent that you have the right to share the content and that it doesn't infringe on others' rights
Trademark Notice
DesignLab and related logos are trademarks of DesignLab. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. Other trademarks appearing on our website are the property of their respective owners.
Payment Terms and Refunds
Payment Processing
Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Refund Policy
Students may request a full refund if they withdraw from a course at least 14 days before the course start date. Partial refunds may be available for withdrawals within 7 days of course commencement. No refunds are provided after course attendance has begun beyond the first week.
Non-Payment
Failure to pay course fees may result in suspension of access to course materials and services. Outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, through email or other communication channels.
